Customer Care Assistant
Full Time Vacancy
The job centres around the Reception area organising the team of 25 which includes Aestheticians, Doctors, Nurses and specialist practitioners. You will need to be IT savvy, well organised, experienced with people, have a track record in customer service and be able to cope under pressure. Good presentation and communication skills are essential. The candidate must be able to work shifts including weekends and evenings. Part Time Receptionist

You will need to have a good clear phone manner, IT skills and enjoy looking after people. You will have an understanding of the industry and enjoy learning about Aesthetic treatments. We are looking for someone who is a good team player, well organised, loves people and wants to join our team. You will be working on Sundays, and two or three other shifts during the week.

Experience Aesthetic Therapist

Level 4 is the required entry qualification with a Core of Knowledge certificate and experience with Laser and IPL technology plus training in at least one of the Cosmeceutical ranges stocked at nakedhealth MEDISPA. Outstanding customer service experience and a good track record in high end clinics essential. Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber
NO CURRENT VACANCY
Experience with facial injections and fillers is essential. A good understanding of science and the skin with an appetite to learn new skills plus an interest in the Aesthetics industry will be required. The Nursing team is supervised by David Gateley FRCS. You will need a sound nursing background.
